In 2002, he created the comic strip Bob the Squirrel. The strip has been syndicated online through Universal Uclick/GoComics.com since 2004. Page has self-published several Bob the Squirrel collections and three graphic novels: mary, better man and 2 sides of alone. His award-winning editorial cartoons have been featured in past editions of Best Editorial Cartoons of the Year.
Frank is a 2011 inductee to the Rome Arts Hall of Fame.
Page holds a BFA in illustration from Cazenovia College, Cazenovia, NY and a MFA in Visual Art with emphasis on Sequential Art from the Vermont College of Fine Arts, Montpelier, VT.
